1. Introduction

GO Entertainment, LLC is excited to welcome vendors and sponsors to Fiesta de Mayo. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for payments made by vendors and sponsors to participate in the event. By submitting payment for a vendor or sponsor agreement, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

2. Vendor and Sponsor Payments

All payments for vendor booths or sponsorship opportunities at Fiesta de Mayo must be made directly through the official GO Entertainment, LLC website for the event https://www.fiestademayoaz.com or through other authorized payment methods provided by the company. Payments are due in full at the time of booking to secure your participation as a vendor or sponsor.

3. Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable

Payments made for vendor and sponsor participation are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of plans or inability to attend

• Illness, injury, or personal emergencies

• Force majeure events (e.g., inclement weather, acts of God)

• Any other unforeseen circumstances

By submitting payment for vendor or sponsor opportunities, you acknowledge and accept that you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange.

4. Vendor and Sponsor Responsibilities

Upon successful payment, vendors and sponsors are expected to fulfill all contractual obligations, including but not limited to:

• Meeting the agreed-upon booth setup and operational hours

• Providing necessary promotional materials, signage, or other items as specified in the contract

• Adhering to all event rules, regulations, and health and safety standards

• Complying with any additional guidelines provided by GO Entertainment, LLC prior to or during the event

5. Event Cancellations or Postponements

In the event that Fiesta de Mayo is canceled or postponed by GO Entertainment, LLC, vendors and sponsors will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of payment. If the event is rescheduled, payments will be applied to the new event date. If the event is entirely canceled and no rescheduled date is provided, GO Entertainment, LLC will issue a refund of the payment amount, minus any applicable processing fees. Refund requests must be submitted within [insert time frame] from the date of cancellation notice.

6. Vendor and Sponsor Transferability

Payments for vendor booths or sponsorship opportunities are non-transferable. If you need to transfer your booth or sponsorship to another party, please contact GO Entertainment, LLC for approval prior to doing so. Any unauthorized transfers may result in cancellation of your participation in the event without a refund.

7. Failure to Fulfill Vendor/Sponsor Obligations

If a vendor or sponsor fails to fulfill their obligations as outlined in the vendor/sponsor agreement, GO Entertainment, LLC reserves the right to refuse participation at the event or remove the vendor or sponsor from the premises without a refund. This includes failure to set up on time, failure to provide the necessary materials, or failure to comply with the event’s rules and regulations.

8. Payment Processing Fees

Please note that all payments made for vendor and sponsor participation are subject to any applicable payment processing fees. These fees are non-refundable and are deducted from the total payment amount at the time of processing.

9. Event Access

As a vendor or sponsor, you will receive the necessary access passes to set up and participate in Fiesta de Mayo. These passes must be displayed for entry to the event venue. Any additional personnel attending the event beyond the allotted passes will need to purchase tickets separately.
